Something I use for eeeeeeeeverything and I mean everything is coconut oil. Body lotion, I use it in my face cause I rarely wear make up on a normal day. I also use it in my hair. And like once a week I drown my hair in it and sleep in it.
Oh why not throw in some beauty tip
I wash my face with Thomas Root facial cleanser morning and night.
I also use all of his facial masks.
After I wash my face I use a collagen serum or hyrdalonic acid serum before I apply my coconut oil.
I don't usually wear to much make up but when I do it's usually concealer, some mascara and some bronzer. All from Bare minerals.
Oh and also high lighter OFC
When it comes to my hair I don't do much. Shower it 2-3 times a week with coconut shampo/ olive oil shampoos, and silver shampoos. Might brush it from time to time lol.
My hair is long and insanely straight by nature. So I braid it to get curls sometimes.
I do bleach my roots about once a month. My hair is blonde but not this light.
I don't do much dancing anymore but I go to the gym about 2-3 times a week and I love working out even tho all my friends would laugh when I say this.
I drink tons of water, some coffee and tea daily and I eat like a man. No red meat at any times l but every thing else I can come across lol
And sleep maybe? I take melatonin at night cause my mind is all over the place. And it really works. They don't sell it in Sweden for some reason but here in America it sells at every pharmacy and it's also said to be an anti aging beauty pill.
